We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our elite engineering team in Wichita, Kansas. This is a paid, full-time position designed for students looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Debug and resolve software issues to improve system performance and stability.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and API endpoints for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and Product Management.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Availability for a full-time summer schedule (40 hours/week).
