Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal clients
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates

- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection
- Participate in agile development sprint reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT program (Sophomore+)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for 3+ night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
