Responsibilities
- Manage and update internal databases and records during weekend shifts.
- Assist the operations team with weekend reporting and data analysis.
- Provide customer support and resolve technical inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend workflow.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions and workshops.
- Conduct research on emerging industry trends to support project goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Must be able to receive college credit for this position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts is a plus.
