Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain operational systems during night shift hours
- Support client communication and issue resolution via digital channels
- Analyze operational data to generate performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Document daily operations and escalate critical issues
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with department heads
- Complete assigned training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous internship or customer service experience preferred
- Valid US work authorization required
