Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations through data analysis and reporting tasks
- Assist with customer service inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects

- Track inventory and assist with weekend inventory management
- Document processes and create operational guides
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (any major)
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
