Responsibilities
- Assist the software development team in debugging and testing new applications.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal presentations.
- Update and maintain accurate project documentation and technical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior staff.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts (Python, HTML, or CSS is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
