Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Contribute to open-source projects serving Memphis-based nonprofits
- Participate in agile sprints and code reviews with senior engineers
- Build data analytics dashboards for local business partners
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional teams
- Maintain documentation and contribute to our engineering wiki
- Collaborate with Ohio-based teams on regional tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (junior/senior level)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects
- Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) on-site in Memphis
- Interest in community-focused technology solutions
- Portfolio showing 2+ completed projects (GitHub, personal website)
