We are looking for a creative and analytical intern to assist our team with SEO strategies, technical recruiting, and content optimization. You will work directly with senior mentors to improve our digital footprint and help us find top talent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content.
- Assist in the technical recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and update social media channels to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials.
- Optimize internal documentation and internal hiring pipelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, IT, or Communications).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and basic technical recruiting concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital trends and a desire to learn.
