Responsibilities
- Assist the development team with coding, testing, and debugging basic software applications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to understand project progress and requirements.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Shadow senior mentors to learn best practices in software engineering and project management.
- Maintain and update documentation for internal processes and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and product management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- No prior work experience is required—we value potential and attitude over technical history.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and the internet is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
