Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing weekend social media campaigns and content scheduling.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the coordination of local Phoenix community events and promotions.
- Conduct market research to support SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
- Create and edit basic graphic assets for digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Available to work a consistent 20+ hour weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new digital tools.
