Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Management: Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and weekly content updates for client websites.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for remote team members and clients.
- Local Directory Management: Maintain and verify local business listings (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.) to improve local search visibility.
- Customer Assistance: Provide direct support to clients via email and phone during weekend hours.
- Data Analysis: Compile weekly reports on website traffic and SEO performance metrics.
- Project Assistance: Support the technical team with data entry, file organization, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, IT, Communications) or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dedicated to the internship term.
