Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing top-tier customer service and promoting sales.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and handle cash.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and visual merchandising goals.
- Support inventory management, including stock counts and loss prevention.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for POS transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 20 lbs).
- Energetic attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
