Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the store management team in ensuring smooth daily workflows and efficient inventory management.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Sales Support: Help drive store targets by assisting with promotional activities and processing transactions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve overall store performance.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and customers.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the team's objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program (Summer/Fall 2024 intake).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
