Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy in cash handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute weekend promotions and events
- Assist in inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Document customer feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train on and demonstrate product knowledge for consumer electronics and lifestyle categories
- Support store operations during peak weekend hours and holiday seasons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with weekday flexibility
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work location
