Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across sales floor and fitting rooms
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Support store events and promotional activities during peak summer season
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom environments
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Learn and implement product knowledge for coastal lifestyle merchandise
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or undergraduate program
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn retail fundamentals
- Local Virginia Beach residency preferred (not required)
