- Participate in weekend system updates and maintenance windows
- Develop automation scripts for routine tasks using Python

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic scripting skills (Python/Bash) a plus
