Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal IT systems and network performance during weekend hours.
- Assist in the resolution of incoming technical support tickets and customer inquiries.
- Perform routine data entry, system backups, and maintenance checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to prepare weekly operational reports and status updates.
- Conduct basic hardware inspections and inventory management for office equipment.
- Support the execution of weekend marketing campaigns and digital testing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday/Sunday).
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware, software, and networking concepts is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
