Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and organization of market research data specifically for the North Carolina and DC regions.
- Support the execution of weekend marketing events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and update project management tools and databases to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct basic SEO audits and content optimization tasks for our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare weekly progress reports and presentations.
- Provide customer support and answer inquiries regarding our services during peak weekend hours.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment for the weekend staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for at least 12 hours per week.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and SEO tools is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Washington DC office.
