Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports for weekly departmental briefings.
- Support customer service initiatives by responding to inquiries via email and phone.
- Manage social media content and coordinate logistics for weekend events.
- Maintain organized records, inventory, and office supply management.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (minimum 2nd year).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for 10-12 hours per shift.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
