Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and sales departments with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to support upcoming product launches and campaign strategies.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases with high accuracy.
- Coordinate internal meeting schedules and prepare presentation materials for weekly briefings.
- Support the logistics of company events, including webinars and community outreach activities.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and assist in drafting content.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school or an accredited college/university (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be available to work part-time or full-time during the summer and fall semesters.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis office.
