Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions across North Carolina and Florida.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars to enhance employer branding.
- Perform data entry and analysis to track recruitment metrics and performance KPIs.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (or recently graduated).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote/hybrid work.
