Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the high-level technical vision and architectural principles for our flagship AI products launching in the 2026 cycle.
- Lead Neural Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced deep learning models, specifically focusing on neuromorphic computing architectures.
- Optimize Performance: Drive research into optimizing inference speed and energy efficiency for edge AI devices using novel cooling and processing techniques.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, security experts, and designers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Patent & Innovation: Lead efforts in publishing cutting-edge research and filing patents for proprietary algorithms and system architectures.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and autonomous systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
