Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable large-scale language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms to ensure competitive advantage.
- Define technical vision and strategy for AI infrastructure across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide architectural decisions to ensure best practices in MLOps.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar NLP systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and deployment strategies.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
