Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures for 2026-era systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols targeting 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of photonic and superconducting qubit systems
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Optimize quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance and pharma
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or superconducting systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and dilution refrigerators
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
