Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead research in quantum-optimized neural networks and federated learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps
- Drive innovation through prototyping and rapid experimentation
- Ensure ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with 3+ in senior roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
