Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for autonomous systems and the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the technical roadmap, defining milestones and ensuring architectural integrity for next-gen AI products.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency inference in high-concurrency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and responsible machine learning deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems to production.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
