Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for our AI initiatives, aligning them with business goals.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, foster a culture of innovation, and bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural capacity.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
