Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Architect the technical roadmap for AI systems targeted for deployment in 2026, ensuring scalability and ethical standards.
- Lead Engineering: Manage a high-performance team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data with low-latency inference.
- Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, deployable code.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish rigorous standards for code quality and system security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Strong background in LLMs, Transformers, Neural Architecture Search, and MLOps pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects from conception to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
