Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks using Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum neural networks and generative AI
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to validate algorithm performance on quantum processors
- Publish groundbreaking research in IEEE Nature journals and present at quantum-AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for quantum-AI innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated results
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (arXiv, IEEE, Nature)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud quantum computing platforms
