Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Create machine learning frameworks optimized for quantum hardware accelerators
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints with materials science and cybersecurity teams
- Author white papers and patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in tensor network simulations and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing libraries
- Strong understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
