Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for AI acceleration and optimization
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks

- Author breakthrough research publications and patent novel methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in Python, Q#, and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or conferences
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, information theory, and computational complexity
