Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging quantum annealing and gate-based systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for AI optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead experimental validation of quantum AI models on D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into commercial AI products
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and Python/R
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
