Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant AI frameworks
- Conduct independent research on quantum-classical hybrid systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into code
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
