Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum neural networks and hybrid AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI integration protocols
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Develop patentable methodologies for quantum error correction in AI training
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
- Present findings at global tech conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in AI/ML with 3+ years of research experience
- Published record in quantum computing or AI research
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
- Passion for ethical AI development and quantum democratization
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
