Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for next-gen AI training frameworks
- Lead experimental research in quantum neural networks at cryogenic temperatures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science and industry conferences
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Secure federal grants and private partnerships for 2026 research milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic processors
