Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural network architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead quantum machine learning model training on real quantum hardware
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for AI workloads
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing and AI journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
