Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize algorithm-hardware interfaces
- Publish research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical roadmap alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in quantum algorithms or complexity theory
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated experience with quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
