Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through agile development cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to identify emerging disruption opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive prototyping and MVP launches for future-facing products and services
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record launching market-defining products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry forums
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks: Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, scenario planning
