Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical models into functional quantum circuits
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions on cloud platforms
- Research and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Architect scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems for real-world applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation techniques
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related top-tier conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and complexity classes
- Expertise in implementing Shor's, Grover's, or VQE algorithms at scale
