Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster a culture of innovation
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware platforms
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud-based quantum services (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects
