Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop error correction algorithms for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead quantum software-hardware integration projects
- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Secure $10M+ R&D funding through technical proposals
- Mentor quantum engineering talent across 3 global labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems below 10mK
- Proven track record of scaling quantum prototypes to industrial systems
