Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-correction protocols
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop proprietary algorithms for quantum machine learning
- Secure $20M+ in R&D grants for quantum initiatives
- Present breakthroughs at industry conferences (IEEE, ACM)
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Experience with superconducting and ion-trap qubits
- Strong background in quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and assembly-level optimization
