Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity for 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for enterprise clients
- Research emerging quantum hardware (photonic, trapped ion) and integration strategies
- Define quantum security protocols for next-generation communication networks
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware (arXiv/IEEE)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
