Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve 99.9% gate fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor connectivity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
