Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and topological qubits
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-world business applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era computational threats
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum-classical hybrid computing environments
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
