Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-correction frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Research breakthroughs in topological qubits and quantum supremacy
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Present findings at premier quantum conferences (QIP, APS March Meeting)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial deployment
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware interfacing
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave engineering
- Strong background in complex algorithm design and optimization
