Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers to prototype quantum algorithms
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Translate quantum theoretical models into practical hardware implementations using superconducting and photonic platforms
- Design security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems protecting 2026-era digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
