Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Create quantum algorithms solving NP-hard problems in logistics and finance
- Establish industry standards for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate-based systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Certification in quantum security protocols (QKD, QKD+)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercial quantum deployments
