Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting and topological qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Validate quantum system performance through rigorous testing and benchmarking
- Research and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent control systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum mechanics
