Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with >99.9% fidelity
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum security architecture for blockchain applications
- Optimize quantum annealing algorithms for logistics optimization
- Document quantum system architectures in IEEE-compliant formats
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems at 15mK
- Portfolio demonstrating fault-tolerant quantum simulations
